Trying to finalise what tattoo artist to go with when youre already cautious as it is about big decisions and naturally a perfectionist is ridiculously hard. Especially also if you rely soley on your own judgement of their previous work rather then word of mouth praise - because you know straight up that, just because a substantial amount of the population says something is ‘awesome’ that is not always the case. For example, Justin Bieber.. nuf said.
